Shipping Policy

We will process your orders  AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Almost all our items are ready stock, you do not need to wait long!

Packing time : 24-48 Hours ( working day)

All processed ( order received - packing - shipping ) will be updated in the website. You can log in to view your order status.

We will courier the item via poslaju or any equivalent courier services.

Return Policy

We are proud to announce that we now accept 14 days free returns and exchange, until you are happy and you love what you get. A few terms and conditions below


1. Returns will be accepted and in exchange of merchant credit.

2. All merchandise can be returned and exchanged except for:

  • bra, panties, other undergarments, legging, stocking for hygenic purpose
  • foods, supplements
  • items under clearance category.

3. Return Postage will be paid by Buyers, except that we send you the wrong item or the item has serious defect.


  1. We will send the same item that ordered initially (size, color etc). Any change in size/ color/ design will be considered as for changing item for UNSATISFACTION.
  2. Cash voucher can be offer as compensation for defect that repaired by customers (Complaint before 14-Day with picture of unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tag)

We do understand you would love to hear reply as soon as possible. However as this will be process manually, it will take longer than usual.Please wait 1-3 working days for us reply. 

When item accepted for return, please use courier service (no registered mail etc). We will take 1-7 working days to process your items.



  1. Why take longer time to process refund/ replace item?  
    We do receive items without original packaging. This item we cannot sell again using our price and has to deduct the price as item without packaging considered 'used'. Hence we cannot accept item not in original packaging.
    We do receive washed item (which smells dynamo, downy etc). This item also we cannot sell as unused item. Hence, we cannot accept washed item also. Thus, we need to receive item of customers complaint and check the item before proceed. 

  2. What if I want to return defected item with changing in size/ design etc?
    Return categorized under 'unsatisfaction', we will deduct shipping cost both way and produce a cash voucher after shipping cost deducted. However for sale item, e.g buy 2 blouse free 1 palazzo, we only allow to change with same category item, e.g palazzo with palazzo, blouse with blouse etc.
  3. What if I am not satisfied and want to return all?
    Cash voucher will be given (item price minus shipping cost both way)
